My Garden
Hello, my name is James, and I live in Sequim, Washington. I moved into a house that at one time supposedly had a great garden in the back yard, of course when I got the house the whole backyard was over taken by chest high weeds. So I decided to try and do my best in fixing it up, and in the process do a little gardening. I am by no means a professional garden, I actually know very little, other than plant the plants in dirt and they grow, so I as I work on this I hope to learn a lot and each year have a bettr and better garden.
Luckily, my mother is very good at gardening, so I get lots of helpful tips from her as well. She has an amazing garden at her cabin in the woods, maybe I can show you some pictures of that one day.
The garden consists of 5 planters, a gazebo area, and a small green house which is attached to a separate garage. I’ll be keeping track of all the improvements to the yard. Unfortunately I did not take many photos of the yard before I started, but trust me, it was a disaster.
Anyway, enjoy my site, any comments, suggestion, helpful tips, etc are always welcome. Like I said, I really don’t have much of an idea what i am going other than what information comes with the plants or seed packets.
